How to activate airtel live , airtel online or airtel mobile office just by sending a sms for free.
By default all the airtel phones are blessed with automatic already activated of airtel live but with this kind of gprs plan activated ,you can’t reach any other sites on web as there is a firewall that blocks any request to any other sites other than airtel live.But there are other types of airtel gprs plans other than this which allows much better connectivity to all the websites on web.
So today i am going to tell you how to activate any type of grps plan on your phone simply by sending a sms or through web directly.
Airtel Live - (pre installed on all pre-paid & post paid) - In this plan a user is able to do GPRS but the only site that is browsable is Airtel WAP site.
Charges for airtel live- No browsing charges for airtel live but downloads are charged.
Airtel Online - (This gprs plan can be activated by sending two sms one by one. For activation send SMS
AO to 6333 & ALL to 2567) and ( For cancellation send SMS AO CNCL to 222 ) - In this type of plan a user can access to any website on web on his/her phone but with a limited bandwidth of 5o mb.
Charges for airtel online- Rs 15o p.m (per month) are charged.
Airtel Mobile or Mobile Office - (For activation send SMS MO to 6123) - In this type of plan user can access to any web site on web with a unlimited bandwidth.
Charges for airtel mobile- Rs 600 p.m (per month) are charged.

I have nokia 6070.I am trying to use(airtel live 30p per 20kb scheme ) I Can use opera browser in my 6610, but cannot use in Nokia 6070. When I Send LIVE to 2567 the response is AIRTEL LIVE is not active on your phone. I have been in contact with 121 for several days, they have also sent manual settings from thier side. All this of no avail. Kindly advice.

folks,i’m getting a bit confused. when you say GPRS, does it mean full HTML browsing or just WAP browsing?
I’ve Nokia E65 which has a full-fledged browser and used Mobile Office in Bangalore (home) and Goa, Mumbai & Pune (on roaming). I got FULL web browsing experience on both Mobile & Laptop for Rs 140/- per week (unlimited data transfer).
Airtel Online is also available which is for 100 per month (don’t know what’s data limit). But my question is: in terms of browsing experience, does Airtel Online give me the same access as Mobile Office: to all websites (including https)? or You can access only WAP sites using Airtel Online?

HI
I am using Sony Ericson K530i.
Recently activated 140 plan from Airtel.[MO].
But i am not able to connect to net on my pc using my mobile as modem.
But i can directly surf in my mobile.
Looks like i am able to connect to the net becz i see a status message at right most corner of my PC [Says recived...... something like this].
But i am not able to browse.Getting “Page can not be displayed error….”
Plz assist me on this .

I have a HTC Touch mobile with a prepaid connection from Airtel. Now, which is the right plan to choose for a user who surfs the web not so frequently? I am a little confused by all the various plans mentioned at http://www.airtel.in/Otherservice_prepaid.aspx?path=1/6/6/3&cid=12
I could not find the above mentioned plans over there? Please guide me in configuring GPRS on my HTC Touch and in choosing the right plan.

Hi, I recently brought HTC s710 mobile bcoz i wanted access Yahoo Mail & Messenger (which i could access from Nokia 6030 for Rs.30/pm with Airtel Connection) to my dismay i m now stuck with a mobile where i could not access my mail or messenger. I dont want to go to expensive option of mobile office (AIRTEL). Any suggestions. Calling 121 did not help either. The service has been withdrawn on Smart Phone. I have taken prepaid connection & asked to call center to make a roaming (Gulf) for one month, base upon discussion they assured that my mobile will be in roaming at Oman but in oman I am unable to connect with Oman Moble or Navras service provider. It showing no network access, kindly suggest to rectify the same.

ur airtellive pre activated on ur mobile.n if it is not there just type ‘all’ n send it to 2567. for activating gprs and nop type mo and nop respectively and send it to 2567.. u wil get servis mesaz instantly .u only have to open it and save it. after 2 hours reboot the mobile. for nokia long press the 0 buton.for others go 2 ur respectiv browser n start surfin. for any details regarding dis isu dial 121 n folow the instruction. see my answer is efffective greater for airtel live. AND REMEMBER FORGET ABOUT HACKING. AIRTEL HAVE SET A SPECIAL FIREWAL FOR IT. MORALY IT IS NOT GOOD TO HACK ITS SAM THING LIKE THEFT OR ROBERY. MOREOVER IF U BCOME SUCESFUL TO HACK THEN AIRTEL HAVE TO BEAR LOSES. for instance how do u feel if some one hack ur credit card.AT LAST REMEMBER MESAZ MIGHT not be sent if u hav below one Rs
