How to order and configure gprs settings for Motorola ,LG ,Samsung and Nokia mobile phones for free.
I am getting lots of comments these days specially from Motorola ,LG and Samsung mobile phone users to know how to get the gprs settings for free and get gprs configured on the mobile handsets of LG ,Samsung and Motorola and some other companies.
I have already posted on how to get gprs settings for free for Nokia and Sony Ericson’s mobile phones.
But what to do when you have mobile handset of some company like LG ,Samsung etc. ?
Well don’t worry as there is again a global service named UMC to order Gprs or WAP Settings for Your mobile Phone.
There are about 4 ways through which you can configure or setup the gprs for your phone.
1. By Automatic Configuration Request
3. Following the detailed instructions.
If you still don’t get free gprs settings sent to your mobile phone or problem in following any of the above methods to obtaing free wap settings for your phone then leave a comment here with full description of the exact problem you are facing.

I am in Kenya, how do i order and configure gprs settings for ,LG ,Samsung & sony ericksson?
I have tried using UMC but in vain.
It does not give me the option for entering my country code number +254 then my number to get the settings.

hey hello,
I am using a MOTOROLA L7 handset wid VODAFONE and wen i wantd to activate GPRS, i was told dat the settings fr dis fone can’t b sent thru sms and has to b activated directly frm their service centres.
Do u kno any means so dat it can b directly conected n FREE too..

For all Mtn Ng Users..Its free but dosent open all sites..simply put wap.sonyericsson.com@ then add the website..thats all..Its compltely..ihave tried it and it worked for me..for more info..dial or text 08027959496…No Flashing Plz…

Please help me get BSNL north GPRS setting for CECT K808. I have manually set as under but its not working.
Access Point: portalnorth.cell one.in
GatewayIP: 010.132.194.196
Gateway Port: 9201 (Out of two options 9201 or 9203 I can select either.)
Homepage: wap.cellone.in
With these settings, each time I try to access the homepage I get the reply:’Gateway connect failed !’ I’ve tried the autoconfiguration link of BSNL (the device is listed in the dropdown list of supported devices) but I got the reply: ‘No configuration settings for your device available’ SMS to 58355 also gets similar reply. The device came pre-configured for monternet. Voice calls & SMSservice are working perfectly.

to set your gprs setting for nokia3110c, go to menu, under menu access settings, open connectivity and enable gprs. set the configuration settigs to that of your service provider and u begin to brows. its that easy, i use this phone for free browsing.
