It certainly can be said that with the advent of iphone, the way people use internet on their mobile phones was completely changed. Iphone offered the ease and convenience of browsing which you experience at your desktop. Since it is not possible to keep surfing via iphone, you just cannot avoid using desktop. The more you use desktop, more are the chances of you putting bookmarks in your browsers. So a need was felt to easily import the bookmarks from the web browsers of your desktop to your iphone and this solution is provided by Links In a Blink.
There is no denying the fact that the application has quite some bugs but at the same time the application delivered its basic functionality quite well. One of the major drawback of the application is that you can import the bookmarks from your safari if you are using mac or from internet explorer if you are using windows but what if you are using opera of Mozilla firefox as your primary web browser. For that purpose you need to save yout bookmarks as a file from Mozilla or opera and then import them in internet explorer and then transfer to your iphone by using the application.
If in case you do not want to do the above procedure, there is an alternative method too in which you need to download foxmarks extension for Mozilla firefox. Links In a Blink downloads your bookmarks from Foxmarks or Google’s servers. However I havnt come across any such plugin for opera so you will have to continue with the first method in case you are using opera as your default browser. Another glitch that could be spot easily is that you can not edit your bookmarks but that not such a big flaw as there is hardly any need to editing your bookmarks.
