Smart Block is an application for windows smart phones. It works well with windows mobile pocket pc 2003/5/6. It is useful in blocking calls and sms messaged from unwanted sources or users. The list of the users you want to block is maintained in a black list and the list of all the users you want to allow is maintained in a white list. You can block call, messages or both. If you want to avoid calls from a particular contact, you can add the contact to black list and future calls or messages from that person will be blocked unnoticeably.
The features of Smart Block application are:

• It has an option of auto startup when the phone is switched on.
• It maintains a log file, which stores a record of all the calls and sms messages blocked.
• The black lists, white lists and the history have an option of password. This adds to the privacy.

• It also has a feature of auto sms answer, which replies to calls when you are in a meeting.
• The application supports Wide Card Number. This option allows you to block call from a number beginning with the digits you specify. For example 011* will block all calls from Delhi landlines.

Overall, it is a good application if you want to protect yourself from annoying messages and calls. You can also put a contact back to the white list from the black list.
